Sunday Registration 2:30pm - 4:00pm
Opening Day is an exciting time for everyone! Prior to Sunday check-in, you will receive an email from info@donleecenter.org with your individual check-in time somewhere in the 2:30-4:00pm window. Arriving between your designated check-in time will help our staff give you the attention you deserve without disrupting programs.
When you arrive you will be greeted by a staff member at the Don Lee front entrance. From there, staff will direct you through the process. You will have the opportunity to step out of your vehicle and take a family photo at the Camp Don Lee sign at the entrance of camp. You will then move onto the medical tent where staff will collect your campers 5 day pre-screen form and check campers temperature. After that if you have pre-ordered any apparel or novelty items from our camp store you will pick those up at our store tent. Finally, you will drive to our Fellowship Hall parking lot to drop off your camper(s). We ask family & friends remain in the car while campers say their goodbyes, Don Lee staff will help your camper retrieve their items from the vehicle. This information will be shared Tuesdays before check-in via automated phone call and email.

Friday Evening Pick Up 7:00pm - 8:30pm
In order to get camp ready for the next group of campers and to make sure pick-up is conducted in a safe and orderly manner, the new gate at Camp Don Lee will be closed Friday evening until 7:00pm. At that time, parents will be welcomed into camp with staff there to greet and direct you to the location of your camper's group for pick-up. Please plan to pick up your camper between 7:00pm and 8:30pm. All campers must be picked up by 8:30pm. This information will be shared on Thursdays before pick-up via automated phone call and email.
When you arrive at the camper's pick-up location (Fellowship hall parking lot), you will find your camper, their luggage and their counselors. Parents will sign out campers, receive any leftover medications, the group photo, departure devotional, crafts and luggage. If there are questions for the nurse or physician, they will be at the picnic tables near the store.

If your camper is being picked up by someone other than their primary parent or guardian, you will need to fill out a camper release form in your Ultracamp account.
