Our camp kitchen facilities are inspected annually by the NC Department of Health & Human Services, Food Protection Program. We have consistently had an overall A rating for food preparation, general health and safety, water supply, and sanitation. Balanced meals are served to campers daily. A variety of snacks are available to campers in the camp store. Special dietary needs should be noted on the health form and discussed with our health care provider when you drop off your camper.
Our dining hall is a tree nut, peanut and seed free facility. There are some pre-packaged items in the camp store that contain nuts. Please advise your child on what they can and cannot eat due to allergies.
