Friend Accounts

The Primary Contact on the UltraCamp account is automatically authorized to send camper messages.

If grandparents, relatives, or friends would also like to communicate with your camper, you may invite them through the “Friend Accounts” section in the Message Center on your UltraCamp account.

Camper Letters Home

There is no need to send stationery with your camper.

Each camper will receive blank stationery connected directly to their UltraCamp account and will have the opportunity daily to write letters home. Camp staff will upload these letters each afternoon, and UltraCamp will automatically email them to the Primary Account holder using the unique barcode printed on the stationery.

Campers may request additional stationery throughout the week if needed.

Photo Gallery & Parent/Camper Letters FAQ

Will you still be using Bunk1?  No, we have completely switched to UltraCamp partnered services to provide a much more secure and streamline experience for camper families.

I'm not the person who made the camper reservation, but I still want to send letters and see photos of the camper- how do I do that? The person who made the camper reservation is the UltraCamp Primary Account Holder- they need to help you create a "friend account" so that you can login and send letters to the camper. The primary will find this option in their UltraCamp account under "Message Center"

Will this cost me any money? Both the photo gallery and parent/camper letters are completely free! You have unlimited amount of parent letters to campers, and vice versa (the busy camp schedule limits campers time to write notes, we encourage all campers to write one note a day) The photo gallery can cost if you choose to purchase high quality downloads or products with photos printed on them.

Why is there a lag between me sending a letter, and receiving a letter back from my camper? All parent letters are printed 9am-11am- any letters sent after 11am will be delivered to the camper the next day. Campers have designated time around 1pm each day to write letters home, however some may choose to spend extra time on their letter, therefore delivering it to staff at a later time. Most camper letters will be scanned in to Ultracamp around 3-5pm daily.
