Hey CDL Staff! Become a CDL Ambassador by referring people to work at camp this summer and get PAID! $425 in total bonuses! Follow the steps below to successfully receive your referral bonus. Referral period is from April 11-21.
Staff Referral Steps:
- Tell your friends about camp! Send them the application & pre-interview form to fill out. On the second page of the staff application there will be a question that says, "STAFF REFERRAL! Were you referred by a CDL ambassador? If so, please name them here." If your referred person does not name you here, you do not get PAID! See the screenshot below to know what the question template looks like.
- A member of full time will reach out to schedule an interview with the referred.
- Once interviewed and hired, we will send them a contract
The referred person signs their contract! YAY! Once they have signed, the ambassador gets a $25 Camp Store Gift Card.
Next: You both get to have the summer of your lives working at camp! Once the referred person completes their contract, both the ambassador and the referred person will receive $200 each on the last paycheck of the summer.
Disclaimers:
- This referral bonus period is only valid from April 11-21. Applications must be submitted before the deadline in order to be considered for the bonus.
- Referred persons may not have previously worked at camp (previous campers are allowed)
- Ambassadors may be incoming 2024 Summer staff or previous staff that worked during Summer 2022 and/or 2023.
- Hiring is at the discretion of the full time team, not all applicants referred are guaranteed to be hired.
