Instructional material provides our Environmental Educators with an interesting, compelling springboard into a wide variety of learning activities. Audio/visual materials have a role in stimulating and involving their students. In many cases an educator’s limitation will mainly be their own imagination. The more they can find useful ways of employing these A/V materials for more meaningful learning to take place, the better!
Today, Earth Day 2019, our fundraising partner is waiving their administrative fees
so all money raised will go directly to Camp Don Lee!
All money raised today will go towards covering the cost of two video monitors with tablets and apps to improve our Environmental Education Program. This new technology will enable us to better serve the 6000 students and 1200 campers who annually visit Don Lee by giving them not just traditional, classroom instruction but enhanced, multimedia education which is so vital in today's learning environment.
